Not only is finding your perfect dream house your number one priority but you need to find a realtor who is willing to work with you on finding your dream home. Blaine Allen is this realtor. Being a first time home buyer was daunting and our list of “must-haves” were pretty long. Since we weren’t set on a certain location and even if we wanted to live in the country or in an addition, he was willing to show us everything in between. A Born Helper

"We moved back to U.S. after 8 years and were settling down. 2-3 realtors were recommended to us as we were relocationg. We contacted all of them, and it was obvious after 2-3 interactions with each one that Blaine is the person to work with. He selflessly helped us settle down, while we kept telling him that we will need to wait before we buy a house. Our repeated delays in buying the house did not deter Blaine at all. He showed us around town, set up meetings at and took us to schools, and told us of various services in town that we had questions about. He was always available on the phone to answer questions about whatever we wanted to know about Warsaw. In effect, he was our full-service relocation company. AND, he was honest, telling us when we were wrong (politely, of course!!).



Blaine also showed flexibility as we changed our minds about renting vs. buying and helped us along. As we get ready to buy in next few months, he is the one we will go to. We have worked with real estate agents in Illinois and California, but never one like him.
